Confirm the Works at Hattie’s Place, Too for your group of up to Eighteen (18) individuals or Five Couples (5). Confirm a minimum of up to Nine persons per night. Minimum 2 nights with a Max up to 120 nights!  Children under 2 years old is free! Simply select the correct number in your traveling party. The base rate for the minimum is displayed.

Full refund if reservation is cancelled by the 60th day of arrival. We offer 50% refund for reservations cancelled within 59 to 31 days of arrival.  NO REFUND FOR RESERVATIONS CANCELLED 30 DAYS OR LESS TO ARRIVAL.  For confirm reservations prior to 30 days of arrival 50% of reservation cost is required.  You can elect to pay the full reservation cost at any time, if desired. All reservations confirmed 30 days or less to arrival, 100% of cost is required.  Utility/damage deposit of $600.00 maybe required.  Or we may request confirmation of deposit On Hold per contractual terms; No items are loss, missing or broken in addition no unauthorized cable/pay per view use.  Full Contract required and will be required to validate the credit card payment agreement. Contract shall be required for all rentals, along with the requirement of a valid Driver’s License, Authorized ID card and/or Passport.
